Inspired by Jersey City's famous Italian restaurant Jule's, Jar Goods uses only the freshest, simplest ingredients in this classic red sauce. Like a tailored blazer or the perfect white tee, this tomato sauce can easily be dressed up for a fancy dinner party or dressed down for home-cooked pasta at the end of a long work day.
TIP OF THE TONGUE
Use as a base for homemade pizza. Braise with green beans in a pan with garlic until tender for a healthy but satisfying side dish. Toss with al dente spaghetti and, if you like, top with homemade meatballs.
